What is your RETURN POLICY?

In the rare case you purchased an item that was not to your liking, we will happily take it back for a store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE OFFERED.

To Initiate a Return for Exchange:

1) Email us at returns.oskarsboutiquekauai@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to let us know if you would like to exchange your item.

2) Within 10 days of your purchase, mail/insure your unworn, unused item/s with original receipt and all original tags/packaging to:

3) Once we receive the item/s we will send you an email notifying you that your items have been received and are in acceptable condition for exchange (see terms below). Please be aware that we will only allow one exchange per purchase. Due to the highly curated nature of our shop, we may not be able to offer the same item in a different size or color and the store credit will be available for use within one year from date of issue.

Please note there is a small chance that merchandise is being sold in the Oskar’s Boutique brick and mortar store simultaneous to online purchases being finalized. If this occurs, an Oskar's Sales Associate will inform the online customer and transact a refund for the merchandise.

***CONDITION OF ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE**

Returned items eligible for exchange must be in new, unworn, unsoiled and sellable condition with all tags in place. If we receive a returned item that has been damaged, worn, soiled, altered, laundered or is missing the tags then no credit will be issued. The item will be returned to you and you will be charged for the return shipment and you will forfeit all claims.

CANCELLATION POLICY?

Once an online order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY?

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We ship via United States Postal Service and require a signature for release or Fed Ex One Rate.

***For expedited or overnight delivery please contact the shop directly (808) 828-6858.  Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and due to our location, is not possible to the mainland. PLEASE CONTACT THE STORE DIRECTLY to assist in expedited shipment needs.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.You must include an email to receive tracking information. A phone number bust also be included for FedEx.

What if my purchase is damaged?

Oskar’s is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you need additional information from us, please let us know.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
