What is your RETURN POLICY?

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

In the rare case you purchased an item that was not to your liking and upon receipt of your return;

  • Within 10 days of delivery date to customer, the return, excluding the original shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee, will be refunded to the customer’s credit card (except where otherwise noted on our website)
  • Within 11 -30 days of delivery date to customer, the return, excluding the original shipping cost will be refunded for store credit. (Please note, store credit does not expire.)
  • 30 days after the delivery date to customer, returns are no longer accepted.
  • We are unable to offer price adjustments.

To Initiate a Return for Exchange or Store Credit:

1) Email us at returns.oskarsboutiquekauai@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to let us know if you would like to exchange your item.

2) Within the schedule noted above, ship/insure* your unworn, unused item/s with original receipt and all original tags/packaging to:

3) We do our best to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to five (5) business days for returns to be processed. Items acceptable for exchange or Store Credit are described below. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once it has been finalized. 

4) Due to the highly curated nature of our shop, we may not be able to offer the same item in a different size or color. Please note: Store credits do not expire.

***CONDITION OF ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE**

Returned items eligible for exchange must be in new, unworn, unsoiled and sellable condition with all tags in place. If we receive a returned item that has been damaged, worn, soiled, altered, laundered or is missing the tags then no credit will be issued. The item will be returned to you and you will be charged for the return shipment and you will forfeit all claims.

***Please note, should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns or purchases, or use of garments for the creation of content for personal or professional gains, we may restrict or refuse future orders.  

 *OSKAR'S IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO INSURE FOR THE TOTAL RETAIL VALUE OF THE CONTENTS OF YOUR RETURN.

SHIPPING TERMS:

All orders are processed and shipped from our Kilauea location within 7 business days of the order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. 

Please note that Saturday deliveries at this time can not be offered. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier. Oskar's Boutique is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or FedEx shipping service to remedy the situation.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

We ship using the United States Postal Service or FedEx to all 50 states and U.S. territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. Orders that total more than $100 will require adult signature for delivery from USPS. Fed Ex does not always require a signature. Contact us if you have a preference and we will do our best to make it happen.

CANCELLATION POLICY?

Once an online order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY?

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We ship via United States Postal Service and require a signature for release or Fed Ex One Rate.

***For expedited or overnight delivery please contact the shop directly (808) 828-6858.  Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and due to our location, is not possible to the mainland. PLEASE CONTACT THE STORE DIRECTLY to assist in expedited shipment needs.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.You must include an email to receive tracking information. A phone number must also be included for FedEx.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS DAMAGED?

Oskar’s is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you need additional information from us, please let us know.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
